We offer a 14-day return policy.

  • Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • HYGEINE AND SAFETY:  Personal items such as underwear, headgear, and apparel that cover intimate areas are FINAL SALE for hygienic and sanitary reasons. (Almost everything on the site)
  • Sale/clearance items (prices marked down) are FINAL SALE.
  • Applicable Items to the return policy must be unopened in original packaging, unworn, and free of stains, makeup, deodorant, fragrance, and pet hair.

  • Please allow 48-72 hours for a representative to review your request.

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Initiate a Return: Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive an approval code and instructions on returning your item.
  3. Packaging: Carefully package the items to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Shipping: Send the package to the provided return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  5. Do a Good Deed: Instead of returning an applicable item, donate the item to your nearest Goodwill or neighborhood homeless person and put a smile on someone’s face!

PROCESSING TIME

Once we receive your approved return item, please allow 7 – 10 business days for processing.  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 3 -5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your banking institution.
